Infrastructure Built for AI
330 MW of power-ready capacity with Tier 4+ redundancy, developer-funded infrastructure, and proven technology from industry leaders.
330 MW Substation
The on-site 330 MW substation spans 16 acres and connects directly to the Imperial Irrigation District grid via four independent connections—two to the 230kV S-Line and two to the 92kV R-Line.
Under IID Regulation 21, the developer funds 100% of infrastructure costs. This includes the $80 million substation, all grid interconnection work, and ongoing maintenance. No cost to local ratepayers.

Campus Overview
The Imperial Valley Data Center campus spans multiple purpose-built facilities designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. The main data center building encompasses 950,000 square feet, supported by a 182,500 square foot emergency generator building and 164,500 square feet of battery storage. The on-site substation covers 16 acres, with an additional 6-acre retention basin for stormwater management and dual 500,000-gallon water storage tanks. The entire campus is secured by 8-foot concrete perimeter walls and 25-foot landscape buffer strips featuring drought-tolerant native plants. Dark sky-compliant lighting preserves the desert night sky, while 24/7 security operations ensure continuous protection of the facility.
